1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SolanaForge (the “Service”), including the website at solanaforge.app and any related tools. By connecting a wallet or using any feature of the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
SolanaForge is a non-custodial software platform that helps users create SPL tokens, manage Metaplex metadata, pin assets to IPFS, and create or manage Raydium liquidity pools on Solana mainnet. SolanaForge is not a broker, exchange, custodian, money transmitter, or financial advisor.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You must not be subject to sanctions or located in a sanctioned jurisdiction.
- You must comply with all laws applicable to your use of the Service.
4. Your responsibilities as a creator
You are solely responsible for any token you create using SolanaForge, including:
- The legality of the token under all applicable laws (securities, tax, consumer protection).
- The accuracy of the name, symbol, image, supply, and metadata.
- Disclosures to potential holders, including any vesting, allocations, and risks.
- Compliance with the policies of any third-party platform where the token is listed.
5. Prohibited use
You agree not to use SolanaForge to create or promote tokens that:
- Are designed to defraud users (rug pulls, fake teams, fake utility, plagiarised assets).
- Impersonate real persons, brands, or projects without authorisation.
- Promote violence, terrorism, child exploitation, or other illegal activity.
- Constitute unregistered securities offerings in jurisdictions where that is unlawful.
- Distribute malware or are intended to compromise wallets or smart contracts.
We reserve the right to delist tokens from our public directory and refuse service to wallets that violate these rules. Removal from our directory does not affect tokens on the Solana blockchain itself.
6. Fees
- The Service charges a flat platform fee per token launch and per pool creation, in addition to Solana network fees and rent costs. The current fees are listed on the Pricing page.
- Fees are paid on-chain at the time of signing. They are non-refundable once a transaction confirms.
- If a transaction fails on-chain, your platform fee for that transaction is not charged.
7. Crypto market risks
- Crypto assets are volatile and may lose all value.
- Liquidity pools expose you to impermanent loss and market risk.
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible — verify every detail before signing.
- SolanaForge does not guarantee profits, listings, trading volume, or token success.
8. No financial advice
Nothing on SolanaForge constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for consulting qualified professionals.
9. Third-party services
SolanaForge integrates with third-party services including Phantom, Solana RPC providers, Pinata, Raydium, and explorers like Solscan. We are not responsible for their availability, terms, or actions.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolanaForge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, tokens, data, or wallet contents arising from your use of the Service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SolanaForge harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from tokens you create, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Changes to the service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the website or our official X account.
