1. Information we collect
SolanaForge does not require account creation. We process the following limited data:
- Public wallet addresses. When you connect Phantom, your public Solana address is read by the dApp so we can build transactions. We never see or request your seed phrase or private key.
- On-chain transaction data. Token mints, metadata URIs, and pool transactions are public Solana data. We index a copy in our directory to power discovery features.
- Token metadata and uploaded images. Logos and JSON files you upload are pinned to IPFS via Pinata. They are public by design.
- Server logs. Standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) are kept for a short window for security and abuse prevention.
- Privacy-friendly analytics. Aggregated, anonymous usage metrics (pageviews, referrers, broad device class). We do not use cross-site tracking pixels.
2. What we do not collect
- Seed phrases, private keys, or wallet recovery information.
- Government IDs, KYC documents, or biometric data.
- Email addresses, phone numbers, or names — unless you voluntarily contact support.
3. Cookies and local storage
SolanaForge uses local storage and minimal essential cookies for functionality such as remembering your last connected wallet, theme preference, and referral code. We do not use advertising cookies and do not share cookie data with third-party ad networks.
4. How we use information
- To build and submit Solana transactions you explicitly initiate.
- To display your launched tokens in the public directory.
- To prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
- To improve performance and reliability of the platform.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell user data. We share limited data only with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the service:
- Solana RPC providers (e.g. Helius) to broadcast your signed transactions.
- Pinata for IPFS pinning of your token metadata and images.
- Our cloud hosting and database providers for storage and serving.
We may also disclose information when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of users or the platform.
6. Data retention
Public on-chain data is retained indefinitely on Solana — that is outside our control. Internal logs are retained for up to 90 days unless required longer for security or compliance reasons.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email support@solanaforge.app. We will respond within 30 days. Note that public on-chain transactions cannot be deleted.
8. Children's privacy
SolanaForge is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced on the homepage or via our official X account.
