1. Rejected transactions
If you reject a wallet request before it is submitted, no platform fee is charged and no blockchain action is performed.
2. Failed atomic transactions
For actions where the platform fee and requested action are included in one atomic transaction, both either succeed or fail together. If that transaction fails on-chain, the platform fee is not transferred. The blockchain may still charge a transaction fee for processing the failed attempt.
3. Separate payment transactions
Some flows use a separate on-chain payment, including promotions and the platform fee paid before a BNB authority revoke. Each approved transaction is independent. If the payment confirms but a later action is rejected or fails, the confirmed payment is not automatically reversed. Contact us for review and include both transaction signatures when available.
4. Confirmed on-chain actions
Confirmed token creation, authority revoke, liquidity-pool creation, liquidity change and LP-token burn actions are permanent or already delivered on-chain. Their platform fees are non-refundable.
5. Promotion orders
If a promotion payment is confirmed but SolanaForge cannot deliver the promotion because of a fault on our side, contact us. We will verify the payment and delivery failure and, when approved, refund the eligible platform payment in the original currency. A change of mind, an incorrect token address supplied by the customer, or a promotion already delivered does not qualify.
6. Network fees, gas and rent
- Transaction fees and gas are paid to the blockchain network, not SolanaForge, and cannot be refunded by us.
- Rent or storage amounts required by a blockchain are not platform fees. Eligible Solana rent deposits may be recoverable by closing the related accounts.
- Liquidity supplied to a pool remains governed by the pool and is not a SolanaForge platform fee.
7. Requesting a review
Use our contact page and provide your wallet address, chain, transaction signature or hash, requested action and a description of what happened. We cannot review a request without enough information to verify it on-chain. See the current pricing and network-cost breakdown and our terms.
